Published 2022-06-29

Abstract

When women's position is investigated for research purposes in thirdworld countries, gender inequalities are commonly observed. As a result, the present study focuses on the link between jobs and equality in the contemporary age. Women's access to jobs and the amount they contribute to the collective income of the family are also critical for eradicating discrimination against women. There are five dimensions of women's empowerment that the study has chosen to examine. The study highlighted how it is more likely for women to have motivation towards predominantly specialized jobs and how a small number of empowerment indicators may be linked with these distinct professional traits. The study aims to stimulate debate that women can be empowered by expanding the professional market that presents new opportunities to Pakistan's rural areas women, which are frequently overlooked in third-world nations
